Racing Flats

Having a good pair of racing flats is just as important as having a good pair of trainers, especially for longer races such as half and full marathons.

I included a link which explains how to select a good pair of racing flats along with a picture of a pair which would be used for half and full marathons.  Racing Flats

  1. I may not be your intended audience, but how is a racing flat different from a regular running shoe?

Good work on the blog. Very interactive and current.

  2. A racing flat is a lighter version of a training shoe which allows runners to run more quickly in races.

Racing flats should only be worn in races or while doing workouts once in a while since they don't provide as much support as regular running shoes.
