I may not be your intended audience, but how is a racing flat different from a regular running shoe?
ReplyDeleteGood work on the blog. Very interactive and current.
A racing flat is a lighter version of a training shoe which allows runners to run more quickly in races.
ReplyDeleteRacing flats should only be worn in races or while doing workouts once in a while since they don't provide as much support as regular running shoes.
